Our gold plated pieces are gold plated over brass. This is different than solid gold and over time the fine layer of gold plate may rub off. You can help preserve these pieces by keeping them dry (not showering in them), not sleeping in them and by avoiding spraying them with perfume when you apply it.
Our earrings are always lead and nickel-free and 925 Sterling Silver. Above everything though, we want you to be happy with your product. If you have any problems with allergies or sensitivity to the materials we use, always get in touch and we will work something out!
Purchased items will be shipped within 7 business days of the order Via Swiss Post. From a minimum order value of CHF 100.- you benefit from free shipping. Â Collection Camomille is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments, however, please let us know if something has happened and we will do our best to make it right.
Should you live in the Winterthur region, and you would like to collect your goods in person please select this option at checkout. You will then receive a notification on when you can come collect it.Â
For health reasons, all earring sales are final. For everything else, exchanges are available, however the buyer is responsible for the return shipping. If you feel you received a faulty product, please do not hesitate to contact us at camille@collectioncamomille.com. Upon review, we will offer an exchange for a new product of the same collection.Â
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
