• High-Quality Brass Jewelry: Durable and long-lasting, brass reduces the need for frequent replacements, making it a more sustainable choice.

• Lili Pepper Pouches: Crafted from leftover fabric from the textile industry, turning waste into something beautiful and functional.

• Umbrellas: Adorable and practical, they’re made from recycled plastic bottles, giving waste a new purpose.

 

While zero production and consumption would be the most sustainable choice, we believe that if you’re going to buy something, it should be thoughtfully made, durable, and as eco-friendly as possible.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Items ship via Swiss Post within 7 business days. Orders over CHF 70 qualify for free shipping within Switzerland.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we only ship within Switzerland.

Q: Can I pick up my order locally?
A: Yes! If you're in the Winterthur region, you can select for free "Local Pickup" or "Local Delivery" at checkout. We’ll notify you when your order is ready for collection or has been delivered.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: For health reasons, all earring sales are final. For other items, we offer exchanges or store credit. Buyers are responsible for return shipping.

Q: What if I receive a faulty product?
